The Corritore Company is seeking an intern for the role of Leasing Coordinator to join our growing team!

The Leasing Coordinator will work onsite and learn in a hands-on environment as part of the leasing team. The team member would report to and work closely with the Director of Omni-Channel and Leasing.
Corresponding with prospective tenants – establishing a target list, setting up appointments, touring comparable projects.
Letter of intent preparation and updating, preparing weekly leasing reports, training in and using online research platforms, assisting in creating comps for similar projects.
Working together with our graphic designer to make updates to new and existing marketing materials, social media content, and assisting the Director of Omni-Channel & Leasing in conceptualizing shopping center and tenant solutions.
By working closely with our team, the Leasing Coordinator will have exposure and gain experience in tenant acquisition and the transaction process in an active and exciting business environment.
The position requires excellent customer service and client relations abilities, working well under deadlines, creativity, multi-tasking, self-motivation, team orientation as well as independent work, and excellent writing skills. The successful candidate must be able to:

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00+ /hour based on experience and training.
An Arizona Real Estate License, or a strong interest in immediately beginning real estate classes.
A plus, but not mandatory, Bachelor’s degree or higher in appropriate planning or business related field, or 2 years of professional urban planning or real estate related experience.
