We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to join NAI Partners as the Regional Managing Director of our Austin office. You’ll work closely with our Managing Partner and Houston leaders, serving as the director of our presence in the Austin market and be the main link between the offices. The right person for this role is a natural leader and motivator who has experience in managing and growing sales teams while achieving company goals.
This is a salaried leadership role.
What you’ll be doing as the Regional Managing Director:
Maintaining full P&L responsibility for the Austin office
Build and manage relationships with Austin’s brokerage community
Increase the overall production and profitability of the office by recruiting, coaching, and retaining commercial brokers
Work with the marketing team to optimize the story on NAI Partners’ value in the market
Assist in the vision, effectiveness, and development of salesforce
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop Junior Brokers and drive client engagement (e.g. Sales, Client Advisory, Product, Marketing)
Promote and maintain company culture
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of successful and verifiable commercial real estate experience
5+ years of management experience
Excellent people management skills, collaborative work style, and commitment to getting the job done
Professional image and strong communication skills
Able to present effectively to ‘C’ level prospects and concisely deliver a message
Impeccable work ethic and high level of professional integrity
Effective, inspirational and motivational communication style, excellent verbal skills, and ability to view situations from multiple perspectives
Proficiency in technology (Microsoft, Google Apps, and Salesforce), learning new platforms and programs, and implementing systems and processes
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
