Digital Commerce& Integrated Media
To do this job, you will need a unique combination of attributes. You have a passion for and good understanding of the Digital Commerce landscape, across social commerce and digital marketplaces. You have the ability to see the big picture and the personality to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Similarly, you have experience building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations. You will help plan & operationalizenew and innovative digital initiatives that span across our digital ecosystem and third-party platforms. You will drivethe cross-platform strategy towardsbringing digital brand experiences to market, inspiring sport participation through distinction, innovation and consistent brand voice.
To do this job requires a balance of project management and digital experience in a highly matrixed organization. You are a problem solver that is able to handle highly complex analytical challenges and solutions. You must have the ability to influence to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization. Digital experience and knowledge of sales processes, E-commerce and business process design is a must.

You are highly detailed, organized and the consumer is always at the forefront of your mind. You will help teams operationalize and execute on delivery of large-scale brand moments in summer 2020 including the service strategy for the 2020 Olympics through a project management approach. You are an expert at building out project plans and coordinating with third parties to drive work forward. You will create and execute communication plans, measure project performance, report out to senior leaders, and handle multiple and competing priorities and requests.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in areas such as: Business, Marketing, or Finance with an expected graduation date of Winter 2020 or Spring 2021
3 years’ experience in marketing, digital, media, e-commerce, consulting, or sales
Coursework or demonstrated interest in consumer behavior or consumer psychology a plus
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
Ability and willingness to be resourceful, working with colleagues in a team / squad structure to identify and learn new skills if needed
Obsessed with understanding consumer impact of the digital & marketing experience and finding new ways to optimize the journey
Ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver compelling and actionable user research in a fast-paced environment, balancing both rigor and speed
Experience/knowledge of user consumer research methodologies and implementation
Ability to synthesize consumer needs and communicate them clearly and effectively
Passionate about Sport, Nike products and the consumer / retail industry
