JOB SUMMARY The Edwards Company is in search of an Executive Assistant with Commercial Real Estate experience to add to their team! This position covers many skill sets including commercial real estate research, supporting a two broker team, admin responsibilities and overall office management. This position is responsible for producing market research, administrative support and office operations. We are a hard-working, high producing brokerage team looking for the right fit to add value, continue to exceed client’s expectations and collaboratively succeed.
Researches and collects market information regarding the commercial real estate market with guidance for marketing materials or client specific needs.
Perform analytical searches in CoStar and LoopNet
Gathers data on properties, transactions, tenants, new developments and inputs data into appropriate databases.
Develops comprehensive knowledge of the commercial real estate business in order to add input that strategically enhances marketing efforts.
Maintains accurate property and availability information for all company listings (CoStar, LoopNet, website etc.)
Manage brochures, website, email marketing campaigns, mailers, and other marketing efforts
Manage client projects including executive real estate tour books, mapping, etc.
Performs administrative duties to include, but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings/conference calls, ordering office supplies, mail inbound/outbound, managing minor IT/electronic issues, general front desk responsibilities, etc.
Coordinate ICSC conference details, broker travel arrangements, client events, tracking and processing listing agreements/invoices, track property signage for listings.
Answers and directs phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching and resolving problems requiring knowledge of company listings and daily needs
Commercial Real Estate experience is required
"Tech savvy" and intuitive to problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs
Knowledge with CoStar, Mailchimp, MapInfo, and AnySite software is a MAJOR plus
Knowledge in graphic design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a MAJOR plus
Ability to work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, organized

Drive to learn & exchange ideas with the team to exceed client’s expectations
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Real Estate License preferred, but not required
