The Senior Property Manager position is responsible for the management of assigned commercial, and retail properties. This position is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including organizing and maintaining files and records, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, supervising field personnel, and vendor management. The Property Manager handles tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The person occupying this position will be responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the property.
