This role supports a Fortune 500 International Company with business lines in Pharmaceuticals and Agriculture. They have a Global Real Estate Portfolio of owned and or leased properties comprised of over 12 million square feet of Office, Warehouse, Lab along with over 50,000 acres of land.
What you will do:
Provides analysis and support for lease administration and financial reporting. Manages, monitors, and reports monthly on the progress of lease terminations, rent commencements, rent increases, lease renewals, and lease options.
Working directly with the client this person will analyze a global real estate portfolio with lease expiration date planning, renewal option strategy while being a primary contact in the real estate business unit for the client. Along with drafting Amendments, client Leases drafts, option letters and termination letters this role will be requested to resolve document queries weekly resulting from the abstract process.
Attention to detail along with organizational mindset will help with excel reporting, invoice creation, payment remit tracking along with presentations using PowerPoint.
Sitting on site with the client allows for daily interaction with multiple levels of Leadership. This position is a valuable role within their real estate business unit.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent to a four-year college degree. 1 to 3 years related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
