As a Store Manager for LEGO Brand Retail you are the face of our company. You and your team will determine our brand’s reputation with each guest interaction. Being a District Managerat The LEGO Group differs from other retailers because of our focus on innovation and collaboration. Most retailers view this role as an execution role. We look for leaders to help shape the business. This is a field based role and requires strong organizational and planning skills. Multi-unit leadership requires the leader to manage and lead from afar. Working remotely also requires self-motivation and discipline. This role allows the leader to work with different level of associates and develop teams in multiple areas of the business. We look for leaders to help shape the business.

We are looking for new talent to join the team. Are you up for the challenge?
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related and equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in retail environment. 2+ years of management experience.
Leadership ability and proven record of developing staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office: Windows, outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of and experience with retail POS systems and operations.
Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
