Entrepreneurial commercial real estate development and management company is seeking a Property Manager/ Property Accountant. College degree required (BA or BS required). Real Estate accounting software experience required. Small yet fast paced office provides a great learning environment. Successful applicant needs to have 3-5 years minimum hands on work experience. Commercial/Retail real estate experience is required. Need someone that is detail oriented, proactive, a team player, with a strong work ethic.
Property accounting to include:
Accounts payable processing
Accounts receivable processing
Prepare tenant NNN reconciliations
Maintain general ledger through month end closing
Preparation of monthly financial reports
Compile and prepare various reports for executive use, as needed
Work with tenants direct on expense reconciliation
Property budget preparation
Knowledge of construction draws a plus
Assist Asset Manager with vendor contracts, property maintenance and 5-year capital improvement and maintenance plan
College degree required
Skyline experience preferred
Bookkeeping skills required
Computer literate in Windows, MS Office including Word, Excel (need to know how to work with formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook.
Able to prioritize workload, multitask and support multiple team members.
Knowledge of general business and corporate procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
Position is full time; applicant is able to telecommute.
Compensation: Depends on Experience
