Individual will be responsible for the direct interaction with of our retail clients; with a core competence of increasing retail client satisfaction. This will require an overall understanding, active participation, engagement, and collaboration with all disciplines including operations, marketing, leasing (permanent and temporary), accounting, and third – party partners, in addition to working with the Vice President of Property Management on a daily basis. This position will work specifically with the accounting group, lead the lease administrative process and the sales reporting function for all assigned retail assets.
The Manager will participate, engage and collaborate with the retail property management team members and will be held accountable for ensuring strategic initiatives, designed to improve overall retail property management performance.
