Handling reporting across various departments at the company including at the factory/manufacturing/construction level.
Managing draw process with lenders and investor reporting.
Budget Review including spending on labor and materials through the manufacturing and construction process.
Utilize Net Suite ERP to track critical dates and solve issues that arise in the process – export information into Excel for detailed critical analysis.
Interface with lenders and other constituents in the closing process
Transaction analysis and underwriting
Oversight of the transaction closing process including preparation of due diligence materials and deal memoranda.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Business, Economics or Finance Major preferable.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking, real estate of finance sectors
Understanding of accounting and real estate concepts
