To achieve this goal we are looking for creative merchandising leaders who pushes boundaries, for the consumer and for the business. You will report to the Director of Category Management. Your job responsibilities will be: - Achieve sales and margin goals in Baby and Personal Intimacy by achieving market share growth. Manage profit and loss targets to include : sales, contribution margin, inventory turn, GMROI and DOS - Develop an informed strategic point of view and influence partners, including senior leaders while staying up-to-date with the customer and trends - Shape and build our Women's Health and Wellness strategy for the front store and work with enterprise partners to develop a holistic strategy for Women's Health at CVS Health -Champion the latest sexual health OTC business and lead the transformation with Rx to OTC switch execution -Vendor management to include: collaborating and negotiating with manufacturers and vendors to ensure product placement and product strategy that grow sales and profitability. -Initiating and building strategic promotional strategies and marketing plans by collaborating internally with a team of CVS professionals (e.g., Inventory, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Marketing, Store Brands, Store Design and Store Operations). -Compliance orientation to maintain integrity of data, systems and partnerships with vendors As the Category Manager, Baby Care and Personal Intimacy, you will develop category strategy, be accountable to achieve sales and margin goals of the P&L, and collaborate across the organization to provide industry-leading growth plans. You will use all available tactics including: Assortment, Promotions, ExtraCare, Digital, Social, Marketing, Store Brand and Supplier Capabilities to reach or exceed your our goals. |
