Welcome to Centura Health Job Summary The Corporate Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for performing lease administration functions for a portfolio of Centura properties. The Leasing Administrator will ensure compliance of lease terms, assist with the management of legal issues, and track financial obligations for all lease documents. Flourishing Begins Here Minimum Experience Requirements 3 years of relevant experience required with a background in commercial property management, lease abstracting and database administration, and contract analysis. Extensive experience of liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and letting negotiators. Reading and Understanding Leases and contracts Confident with the preparation of lease terminations, commencement date certificates, dispute correspondence and tenant and landlord communications.
