The position of Assistant to Office Manager/Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a small business while assisting with the coordination and direction of financial reports, lease administration and other related duties.
Prepare monthly billing, CAM and yearly financial reports
Maintain office and office documentation in an organized manner
Communicate property policies and procedures to tenants to ensure compliance of standards of the common area, merchant storefronts, related physical issues and any special problems or activities.
Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints and/or suggestions.
Maintain documentation for all business office matters.
Correspond with all legal, accounting and insurance professionals on a routine basis and address any outstanding matters promptly.
Assist with the preparation and monitoring of all leases, extensions, renewals and/or contracts.
Serve as the primary liaison, coordinating relationships, between tenants, contractors, architects, inspectors and local agencies and officials as necessary.
Market properties using traditional marketing tools as well as online applications such as Loopnet, Co-Star and similar sites.
Must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing all the Company provided tools such as: Computer, real estate accounting software such as Yardi, etc.
Must demonstrate/utilize professional skill level in communications, both written and oral.
Be a self-starter and require little motivation and supervision.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively and be highly organized
Must have a valid driver’s license
Salary commensurate with experience
Hours are a minimum of 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday
