This Real Estate Manager requires a highly motivated individual who can accurately and timely perform commercial real estate transactions. Candidate must possess solid negotiation and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be a strong team player and deal maker along with possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Develop an integrated, strategic plan by market for new and existing stores including renewals, relocations, remodels and closings.
Negotiate LOIs, leases, and renewals thoroughly with industry-leading economics.
Thoroughly understand target markets and the shopping venues therein.
Successfully develop relationships with Landlords, developers, and third-party vendors.
Lead execution of strategic portfolio plan. Effectively conduct lease administration negotiations for renewals and closings; ensures that leases are renewed in a timely manner with optimum profitability.
Manage broker relationships and performance.
Proactive coordination with construction and legal, as well as Landlords.
Resolve legal, lease, and renewal issues through effective communication.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
5+ years of commercial real estate experience.
2+ years pipeline development and deal making
Must possess extensive experience in negotiating.
Ability to consider many different viewpoints and navigate challenges that result in proper business decisions using negotiation and influencing skills.
Proven track record of collaboration with real estate, construction, store operations, facilities, finance/accounting and merchandising partners.
Advanced financial and computer skills and experienced with Outlook, Excel, and financial report preparations.
Must have strong analytical skills; use logic and experience to identify issues in a proactive manner and bring solutions to the table to solve problems.
Must have excellent written and oral skills.
Ability to be a contributor in a true team-based environment.
Strong attention to detail.
At least 50% of travel required on a regular basis throughout Northern California.
