About the practice
Dukes Eye Care was first established in the 1980s by Dr. Johnny R. Dukes, O.D. For over 35 years, this practice has provided full-service optometry to families and residents in Lancaster County of all ages, insurances, and visual/medical diagnoses, and specializes specialty contact lenses, and pediatric eye care. Conveniently located in the Lancaster Square Shopping Center, this ideal practice location offers easy access to Monroe Highway, Highway 9, and US-521. To support the practice's continued growth, Dr. Dukes is looking to add an O.D. to the team of six cross-trained staff members.

About the opening
The practice is seeking one part-time or full-time Doctor of Optometry who is passionate about providing excellent high-quality care that Dr. Duke's patients know and expect. The current office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the O.D. will have the option to provide care on Saturdays.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
