Job Description - Review and maintain inventory levels. - Prepare purchasing requisitions and purchase orders including both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical supplies according to departmental procedures. - Maintain inventory levels consistent with company needs with special attention to obsolete product and special ordering requirements. - Review and maintain inventory levels of ADAP program drugs as well as create purchase orders to replenish inventory levels. - Create, review, and format purchase orders for the Primary Wholesaler nightly. - Provide excellent customer service by responding positively and constructively to all internal and external customers. - Place Retail Dispense Specialty Managed orders to be delivered to retail store - Place orders for ancillary supplies with external vendors. - Assist internal departments by researching and providing feedback for products to stock, product currently stocked, or product non availability. - Review the daily invoices and daily backorder sheets. Support the Receiving team in Receiving and putaway of deliveries as needed. - Perform miscellaneous functions and duties affecting purchasing and inventory control as needed by the department. -Will cross train in support of the Receiving role -Hours are 11:30am-8:00pm
- Full-Time backend Dispensing Colleagues* are eligible to receive $1,000. - All Eligible Colleagues* must be actively employed on the day of bonus payout. The anticipated payout will be March 11, 2022.
Required Qualifications 1+ year working with warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment. - 2+ years computer experience working in a Windows based system.

Preferred Qualifications Prefer three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work independently. Excellent math aptitude. Excellent problem solving skills. Experience using SAP inventory system.
Education High school diploma or equivalent.
