As a member of the Design team, the Rendering Manager’s role is to generate high-quality architectural 3D modeling and renderings as required for both Tenant and Development collateral. Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with the Design, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, and/or CAD project team members to create high-quality preliminary conceptual design and photorealistic renderings using 3D modeling and rendering software.
