Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative
This is a full time position (8 hour shift, Monday - Friday) that requires superior customer service skills, vendor management and working as a liaison between tenants, vendors and the public. A typical day will be spent priortizing building needs by speaking with tenants via telephone or email and hiring/meeting/dispatching our in-house maintenance team or third-party vendors as required. On-site building inspections are occasionally required, so reliable transportation and a clean driving record are necessary. Each administrative team member has 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
