A Houston based commercial real estate development firm owning and managing over 1.3 million square feet of retail shopping centers around Texas and Louisiana. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized and experienced person to oversee tenant improvements, produce tenant test fits, permit documentation for small interior buildouts, manage TDLR compliance, and assist in the development process for retail and multifamily developments.
This role will require some interior design, space planning and site planning.
We are a small, family owned business and employees enjoy the benefits of personal interaction with the owners of the company. We do not have the nuances of large corporate hierarchy and governance. Employees experience a wide range of exposure to all facets of development, management, leasing and administration of real estate development.
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Experienced in bid reviews, comparisons and qualifications.
