Skills Required – 10+ years of experience retail investment sales Have experience doing acquisitions and dispositions from marketing, negotiating, due diligence, PSA negotiation and close Must have significant retail underwriting experience, preferably both open air and mall Have knowledge of JV/ GP/ LP structures, waterfalls and be able to negotiate and foresee potential pitfalls Manage junior team in underwriting projections, return models etc. Advise on risk, returns, IRR’s, MOC’s on dispositions and acquisitions Have a network and be able to source acquisition opportunities and underwrite critically Understand the capital markets world and how to apply it to increase returns/MOC
