Leasing Paralegal (LG-6697)
Position Summary The Leasing Paralegal reports to Corporate General Counsel and is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing retail, industrial and office real estate leases and other lease-related and ancillary documents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Draft and review new leases, amendments, assignments, renewals, expansions, terminations, landlord subordinations, rent commencement date agreements and other related legal documents under the supervision or counsel and Senior Paralegal.
