The Senior General Manager, (SGM), is responsible for the management, marketing, specialty leasing, operational and financial activities for a 728,000 square foot regional enclosed mall and office tower. In addition, the SGM is responsible for two other LLC’s that include a third-party security company that services the property, a bowling alley and ice rink. The SGM develops and implements a strategic business plan, including short- and long-term business goals. The SGM acts as the primary contact with the Board of Directors to ensure that objectives are being met and enhances NOI by maximizing revenue generation and maintaining expenses.
