 Responsibilities: Support Leasing with budgets, estimating landlord work, and tasks for prospective and/or current Tenant Deals.  Coordinate with Architect for preparation of lease outline drawings.  Review work letters and lease language to protect Landlord interest.  Assist in lease negotiations with Real Estate and Legal Departments.  Coordinate with consultants to ensure that lease terms of delivery are met.  Prepares/Updates project status reports on a weekly basis or as needed.  Review Tenant construction documents to maintain Landlord standards.  Hold pre-construction meeting with Tenant General Contractors, routine site visits and punch walks.  Track all projects and communicat
