We are looking for a Construction Project Manager in Tenant Coordination to join our team. Our group, Sunny Skies Terrace (SST) is an owner operator of retail and commercial real estate across Southern California with further acquisitions in Nevada and other states. SST has in-house development, construction, and property management teams looking to add a multi-talented Tenant Coordinator who can excel with different teams. The Project Manager/Tenant Coordinator will be managing multiple shopping malls' and assets’ tenant coordination which ranges from new development centers, operational centers, and/or newly added portfolios.
