Project Set-up - Trade, Procurement, Budget Set up.
Prepare & issue Subcontracts/ PO's
Responsibility for all aspects of permitting for projects
Develop, Manage & Maintain RFI & Submittal Logs
Develop & Regularly update CPM and look ahead schedules
Prepare Project meeting Minutes/ Agendas & Run Meetings
Collaborate with Tenants, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors throughout the projects
Strong Skillsets in the following categories:
Use of Procore is essential for all construction projects.
Working knowledge of electronic construction management systems and construction processes.
Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, ETC.) and Adobe PDF
Prior experience with Procore A Plus
Bachelors Degree required
Well Developed Communications Skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Verifiable experience with positive references and background.
