Retail Property Manager
Lewis Retail Centers, a division of the Lewis Group of Companies, one of the largest privately owned real estate developers in the nation, currently has an opening for a Retail Property Manager with 5-10 years’ experience for multiple properties in the Lewis portfolio, which encompasses over four million square feet of retail space occupied by some of the nation’s most successful and well-known retailers.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will optimize the net operating income of each center and oversee overall operations, while maintaining excellent relations with tenants, consultants and vendors,
To be a qualified candidate, you must have previous shopping center experience, with an always-growing understanding of tenant relations, vendor hiring and supervision, property appearance and staff management. Your impact in this position will play a significant role in the sterling reputation of Lewis Retail Centers, not just for our current portfolio, but for the dozens of new projects to come. Your responsibilities would include:
Tenant relations and the ongoing supervision of on-site grounds-keeping personnel
Coordinating necessary repairs for the center, managing staff, outside vendors and contractors
Overseeing tenant compliance with Lewis Shopping Center rules and regulations
Resolving tenant issues and maintenance requests and acting as a mediator between corporate property management and on-site tenants
Please note: A California real estate license will be required upon hire or required to obtain within ninety days of hire (Company will reimburse). A strong familiarity with MRI software, MS software, specifically MS Word and Excel is also required.
