This is high level administrative and operational work responsible to ensure daily General Aviation Airport Operations and Commercial Spaceport Operations are conducted in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, State Statutes, local ordinances and JAA established airport and spaceport programs, procedures, rules, and regulations. This position also reviews lease information for tenant compliance and is responsible for the data entry of information. The work requires knowledge of lease management, and the principles and procedures of lease administration usually gained through education and on-the-job experience.
