Our client is a major shopping center developer who is seeking a Director of Lease Administration to add to its team in North Miami, Florida. The position will be responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s leases, contracts, and office operations. The individual will be an integral member of the team, will play an active role in achieving the company’s objectives, and will interface regularly with company executives and owners.
Job Duties:
Supporting the company’s divisions with lease and contract information as needed
Oversight and processing of company contracts, including but not limited to leases, vendor agreements, and construction contracts.
Management and oversight of the operations of the company’s executive office
Oversight and control of the company’s lease database
Diligent monitoring of lease deadlines and options
Delivery of tenant notices and lease-related communications
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree in business related field
Experience with commercial property management required, retail property management preferred
7+ years of experience in lease or contract administration required, at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience included
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft product suite
Superior organization skills and ability to track numerous critical deadlines
Proficient knowledge of MRI Software a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
Base salary to be determined based on experience
Annual performance bonus
