Commodore Realty is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager. This position will require travel to properties in Sarasota, Florida.  Property Manager will oversee the tenant improvements, capital improvements, maintenance and repair projects and coordination of construction/tenant buildout, project preparation, implementation of operating budgets and the evaluation of budget performance.
