Associate - Property Management
Location: London, Old Broad Street
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Associate to come and join our London Asset Services team.
This role will see you become responsible for managing one of high-profile investor accounts. Your role will be to embed yourself within this account, providing timely, consistent, and accurate flow of information required to operate the portfolio in order to meet the client's and company objectives.
You will have previous experience working in a Senior Property Manager role, dealing with complex and multi-use properties, you will be someone who has an appetite for business development, cross selling with our internal local and national teams.
Account management is key, so you will be someone who has successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, and exceptional communication and a proactive approach identifying asset management opportunities.
You will act as a point of contact for integrating service platform for the client, as well as ensuring that accounting practices are sound and consistently applied.
Providing general and financial information required for other members of the management team to make informed decisions and to carry out their operating responsibilities.
Key knowledge and qualifications:
* Commercial property management and property management systems experience
* Knowledge of H&S regulations in relation to commercial property management
