Commercial Property Manager to be responsible for the management of a commercial property portfolio (small bay industrial and office) located in W. Palm Beach, Wellington, and Palm Springs. Office location in W. Palm Beach.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all lease administration duties
Monitor collections and coordinate next steps post-default
Ensure compliance with company policies, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
Provide management and leadership to property staff and vendors
Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties; complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual inspections as required for a specific asset
Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee the completion of CAM reconciliations
Bid, negotiate, and manage conformity with vendor contracts in accordance with contract requirements
Accurately verify abstracts of property leases in lease administration software
Coordinate and oversee all tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion of all construction work at property
Participate in leasing activity and act as liaison between tenants and asset manager
Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal clients

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
REPORTS TO: Asset Manager
Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
Ability to effectively manage a team, including both employees and vendors
Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
