Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lease Administrator/Analyst to join our high profile banking/insurance client. In this role you will manage the provision of Lease Administration and Real Estate services on behalf of the client, ensuring an effective, value-added response to the client, with profitable outcomes for Cushman & Wakefield, following Group policies and client's contractual obligations.
This role is a 6 month role, so ideally you will hit the ground running.
About the role:
Ensure vigilant lease management and all associated contractual deliverables associated with any leasehold or freehold premises.
Ensure Landlord compliance with the lease obligations, terms and conditions.
Maintain the property management databases so that all entries are complete and accurate at all times.
Prepare lease documentation and facilitate lease executions.
Track the lease documentation execution process and link the final documents to the lease management system.
Manage and control the client relationship obligations of the account for the allocated premises acting in the best interest of the client at all times.
Partner with our internal property stream in additional to our external legal provider and external landlords.
Liaise directly with the Leasing Team Leader to ensure alignment of data, all premises being exited or changes to current premises so that all database entries are complete and accurate at all times.
Advise and support internal and external client reporting through the provision of any information, which includes developing and presenting data on the portfolio
Assist with the delivery of ongoing performance and compliance reporting following Cushman & Wakefield's contract and functional obligations.
Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, set an example by modelling the required behaviours and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards.
Comply with all Cushman & Wakefield systems used to meet its health and safety obligations.

Comply with Cushman & Wakefield Environmental policies, and adhere to procedures and work instructions that are relevant to their activities.
Operate in a manner that will minimise any adverse environmental impacts associated with your activities
About you:
Tertiary qualification in property, legal or a business related discipline preferred.
Registered or ability to be registered with the estate agents licensing board essential.
Commercial real estate experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage key clients/relationships/contracts.
IT proficiency in the Microsoft suite of office packages.
Experience managing in a geographically spread environment (some travel might be required).
Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Client focused service culture with a large client.
Able to identify priorities and achieve key client outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate management reports.
