* Location: Southeast Ohio or Northern Kentucky * REPORTS TO: Director of Property Management JOB SUMMARY Remote position based in southeast Ohio or northern Kentucky and will be responsible for the overall operation of an assigned portfolio with specific duties including physical oversite of portfolio, negotiation and successful execution of property service contracts, operating and capital improvement projects, budget preparation, tenant lease management, finical reporting, and providing best in class customer service.
