We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is organized and can balance a variety of tasks in a very fast paced environment. This position requires someone who is comfortable communicating both verbally and via e-mail with tenants, building engineers, contractors and brokers to ensure all of our tenants (existing and new) feel they are receiving the best possible customer service experience. The primary responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
-Coordinating deal flow between leasing, architectural, construction, property management and lease administration departments to ensure all departments are aware of each phase of the negotiation process which includes updating and tracking deals on an VTS platform.
-Sending final space plans out to contractors for pricing.
-Receiving budget and final/actual pricing for all tenant improvements.
-Managing finish selection process between tenant, architect and contractors to ensure time sensitive schedules are met.
-Informing building engineers and concierge of new tenant move ins.
-Sending “welcome packages” to new tenants.
-Performing tenant walk-thruoughs once construction has been finalized and prior to a tenant move in to create a construction punch list.
-Inputting and updating information in VTS (SaaS database)
Prior construction knowledge isn't necessary! We can train anyone who is enthusiastic to learn.

Qualifications: Prior knowledge of construction is a bonus but not a requirement. Experience with OUTLOOK, EXCEL, WORD, Adobe Acrobat, PN3 (or other invoice processing software) are a must.
