We are seeking an Internal Leasing Director for the Merchant's Exchange Building and other properties in our family owned portfolio. All properties are located in the San Francisco Financial District. The ideal candidate will be excited by the challenge of the current market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with current and prospective tenants to understand their needs, win their business, and develop a leasing strategy that will increase occupancy.
Leverage your relationships as well as cold call and market to non-existing relationships to attract quality tenants.
Partner with ownership to qualify prospective tenants, negotiate new leases, and lease renewals.
Managing leasing processes: You will be responsible for managing the leasing processes from start to finish, including advertising, showing properties to potential tenants, screening tenants, and executing lease agreements.
Building and maintaining relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tenants and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. This includes responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Conducting market research: You will be expected to conduct market research to determine the appropriate rental rates, tenant mix, and marketing strategies for the properties.
Analyzing financial data: You will be responsible for analyzing financial data related to the properties, such as occupancy rates, leasing activity, and rental income, to make informed decisions about leasing strategies and pricing.
Managing leases: You will be responsible for managing existing leases, including renewals, lease amendments, and terminations.
4 years experience in San Francisco Financial District office market leasing.
California Real Estate License.
