The Preconstruction Manager’s primary responsibility will include management of the day-to-day operations necessary for the successful impletion of real estate development projects. This scope of work will include leading design and consulting teams, responsibility for the overall project budget and schedule as defined in the business plan, participating in front-end feasibility studies, and engaging with the general contractor. Current projects include walk-up and low-rise multi-family, adaptive reuse multi-tenant commercial restaurant and retail spaces, boutique hospitality and master planned residential neighborhoods.
