May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Responsible for designing and modeling of Client real estate portfolio reporting
Coordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables
Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process
Ability to manage a high-volume workload while also remaining responsive to customer calls/requests both internally and from the field
Manage information within the Client's chosen technology platform
Work closely with transaction managers and brokers to develop and execute strategies and drive transactions to completion
Remain aware of Cushman & Wakefield Multimarket Advisory Solutions platform offerings with an eye toward awareness of opportunities to provide additional services to the client
Transaction associate role to accomplish the following internal client-specific transaction management duties:
Ability to interface with all levels of internal client customers and become an extension of the client's commercial real estate team
Proactive in analyzing and advising on client's portfolio. Guide client in order to assist in sound decision making
Identify potential issues and take action accordingly
Become proficient with the Client's chosen transaction/portfolio management technology solution
Represent the interests of client firms to locate office space (identifying requirements, conducting tours, evaluating proposals, conducting financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts and reviewing lease documents)
Work closely with internal client parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to understand requirements and advise on strategic issues
Communicate with client and external transaction managers
Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors
Potentially travel offsite (North America) for office tours approximately one to three times per month
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate or financial services preferred (or a similar combination of education and experience)
Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong competency in Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e. g. , present value and return on investment) and the ability to communicate such concepts internally and with clients
Detail-oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
Must procure and maintain a Maryland real estate salesperson's license
Salary range: $65-75k.
