Senior Surveyor - Property Management
Location - London

Are you a Property Manager wanting the opportunity to work for a large global organisation where you have the chance to develop quickly and enjoying working with large accounts and exciting assets?

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager Surveyor to join our London Asset Services team situated within our City office.

You will join a growing team, who have had great success in the last couple of years and have real ambition to continue this, as well strengthening working cross functionally with our wider teams, including Building Consultancy and Agency.

This will be a key role within the Asset Services team in London working on a variety of key clients' properties, with mixed property types making this an interesting and varied role, having a breath of properties to manage located throughout capital.

The ideal person will have previous experience working as a Surveyor within commercial property management, dealing with multi-use properties, you will be someone who has an appetite for business development, cross selling with our internal local and national teams.

Account management is key, so you will be someone who has successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, and exceptional communication and a proactive approach identifying asset management opportunities.

Key knowledge and qualifications:
* MRICS
* Commercial property management and property management systems experience
* Knowledge of H&S regulations in relation to commercial property management
