Divaris Property Management’s portfolio is expanding in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC Metro area and we currently seek an energetic, results oriented Senior Property Manager to assist with servicing this commercial real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities focus on the following:
FINANCIAL
- Prepare and manage annual income and expense accrual budgets
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial packages to include monthly cash flow reforecasting and variance reporting of both income and expenses
- Tennant account analysis and A/R management
OPERATIONS
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Coordinate tenant and building construction projects to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Oversee the operations, maintenance, biddings and negotiations of vendor contracts for maintenance and/or property improvements
TENANT RELATIONS
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, responsive to tenant requests and ensure compliance with tenant leases, frequent tenant meetings
LANDLORD RELATIONS
- Interface with third-party owners, accounting and lease administration team members to ensure compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely financial reports

Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior Commercial Real Estate Property Management Experience to include REIT management
- In depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to prepare annual accrual budgets and monthly reforecasts of income and expenses
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Yardi 3+ years’ experience
- CPM or RPA designations preferred
- Must pass background and drug screening
