General Manager- Shopping Center in the Bahamas Responsibilities Financial management of property including budgeting, financial, etc. Lease Administration including contract preparation, rent roll, rent collections, payables, etc. Contract Services administration including operating expense administration (such as landscaping, central plant water and sewerage, trash removal, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) and capital expenditure administration. Maximize long term and short-term local leasing programs. Support Tenant Coordination Services with Mall Architect. Support the Marketing Plan with Mall Marketing Director. Daily interaction and communication with Tenants.
