Director of Retail Leasing (L-6851)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Retail Leasing will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of their assigned properties. Schedule and conduct space tours and space previews with prospective tenants and brokers. Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with existing tenants and brokerage community. Serve as the initial leasing contact for assigned properties. Source opportunities and generate leads. Have strong knowledge of the commercial market and procure market intelligence to circulate to the leasing team including any new trends in the market. Support the team on all commercial buildings within the portfolio and have a strong command of vacant space, their condition, and the building’s information.
