Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the operations and strategic direction of a portfolio of Durham, NC real estate including a vibrant and historic mixed-use development. The General Manager will play a key role in maintaining the project’s excellence and contributing to its continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, facilities operations, tenant relations, marketing, and project activation. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mixed-use property which consists of office, retail, school, restaurant, entertainment, and parking. Additionally, this person will oversee the facility management of a newly renovated sports facility.
