Reports To: SVP of Construction/Development SUMMARY: The Construction Manager is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the pre-construction and construction process for assigned projects within the company portfolio. The individual selected for this role will lead the overall construction management of projects at all office properties as well as other product types in the company’s portfolio. The candidate will act as an Owner’s representative by actively managing third-party general contractors and is responsible for the oversight of the items listed in the description below.
