Commodore Realty is looking for a General Counsel to join our dynamic leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all legal matters for our company-owned commercial real estate portfolio, consisting of retail and grocery anchored shopping centers, as well as our property management company.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with commercial leases, including: Draft, revise and negotiate real estate letters of intent, leases, renewals, assignments, amendments and termination for tenants, as well as ancillary real estate documents (subordinations, NDA's, estoppels, etc).
