Surveyor - Retail & Leisure

Key Responsibilities

Client Development:
o    Collaborate with senior team members to strategically expand our client base.
o    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
o    Keep clients informed about project progress, address queries, and provide expert advice.

Property Inspections and Transactions:
o    Conduct property inspections, assessing various types of retail properties.
o    Create detailed property schedules, capturing essential information for clients.
o    Skillfully negotiate transactions, optimizing outcomes for all parties involved.

Client Presentations and Bids:
o    Contribute to client presentations, showcasing our expertise and tailored solutions.
o    Participate in bid processes, demonstrating our value proposition to potential clients.

Technical Support and Coordination:
o    Provide input to support client assignments, including preparing and processing technical information.
o    Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver comprehensive services to clients.

Client Feedback and Prioritization:
o    Actively seek and act upon client feedback to continuously improve our services.
o    Manage multiple client priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Cross-Selling Opportunities:
o    Identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding clients♠broader needs.
o    Discuss additional services that align with clients♠requirements.
