The Assistant Property Manager supports the Senior Assistant Property Manager and may perform Property Administrator duties. You will ensure high professionalism and positive relationships with tenants and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support, including managing phone calls, reports, filing, and ordering office supplies.
Assist with lease administration, updating databases, and maintaining accurate property files.
Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, and coordinate furniture delivery and collection.
Oversee work orders, purchase orders, and maintain the Tenant Service Package.
Process invoices and manage financial reports in accordance with policies.
Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date.
Participate in the oversight of service contractors and conduct regular property inspections.
Assist with budget preparation and monthly financial reporting.
Update office procedures in the Property Operations Manual.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelorâ™s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate property management or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate initiative.
