A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Services team, working with a key client. This is an exciting chance to become part of a growing team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about fostering local communities through property management and delivering exceptional service to occupiers, visitors, and the local community.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of mixed-use properties/centres, and provide support to Senior Surveyors and Partners within the team.
- Liaise with on-site teams, key clients, and professional teams to ensure the effective delivery of support services, including FM and Accounts.
- Oversee key performance measures such as Service Charges, Data Management, Arrears, Cash Flow, and Turnover Rents to ensure KPIs within the PMA contract are met.
- Resolve occupier queries, manage licences for alterations, and chair site and client meetings.
- Assist in the transition of properties into and out of management, including property disposals, acquisitions, and due diligence with Investment colleagues.
- Contribute to business development, marketing, and operational efficiencies, and lead on environmental management initiatives and green plans.

Requirements

- Ideally, 1+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management.
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager (Property Management System) is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritise tasks, and manage client relationships effectively.
