Capstone Project Services is an architectural firm that is looking for the right candidate to fill a position within our commercial retail/mercantile team.  We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Architectural Project Manager.  The successful candidate will work with corporate clients across a 13-state region to provide a full scope of architectural services from building survey through project completion.

• The ideal candidate will be an NCARB certified licensed architect or in the process of becoming licensed. 
• 3+ years of experience including schematic design though construction administration.
• Grocery store or big box retail store experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to provide clear direction to support staff and engineers, along with providing our clients with a full understanding of project timelines and status.
• Ability to take direction from a Project Architect and meet quality control expectations.
• AutoCAD production skills are a must for this hands-on position.  As well as the ability to manage remote drafting staff on larger projects.
• Ability to research and coordinate material specifications when needed.
