Reports to: Legal Director SUMMARY: The Corporate Counsel is responsible for research, legal document preparation and negotiation, securing required documentation from tenants and communicating action items to other departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, negotiation, and preparation of commercial leases, renewals, SNDA’s, assignments, estoppel certificates and other legal instruments.
