Key Responsibilities: • Office Administration: Detailed general administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of the corporate office including maintaining and managing office orders and organization, mail, assisting with vendor service coordination and / or the on-site management office for support. • Customer Service: Aid tenants, vendors, and investor partners to address concerns and ensure their needs are met. • Utilities Management: Assist Property Managers with utility transfers, tenant bill backs, utility payments and or assist with utility setups for newly acquired properties. • Invoice Management: Download invoices from vendor websites, upload into YARD
